You can expect to receive your tax slips between January and March. As we do work with various carriers this timeframe can fluctuate. For any questions relating to specific tax documents, please contact our service team for more personalised details.

Carriers send out statements annually, and our team is more than happy to provide updates at any time.
There are a few different places to find or request this information. If you have a login directly with the carrier, that’s a good place to start. If not, you can reach out to our team at ClientService@Sagium.com and they can assist in gathering the information you are looking for. Your information can also be stored on our client portal for easier access.

Your Wealth Strategist will reach out, review your information, make any adjustments and then work with our financial planners to develop a draft plan based on your vision, values and goals.
This information will only be used to create your financial plan. Your Wealth Strategist will review and confirm any information entered in the form with you, to ensure it’s correct.
Please ensure you go to page 14 and ‘submit’ before you close the browser/page, even if you plan to come back and complete the form at a later date, or your information will not be saved.

The Sagium portal is a place where we can share important and confidential documents in a safe and secure manner. Our portal will allow you, or any authorized advisors or family members to have access anywhere, anytime on any device.

This portal also helps facilitate legacy planning whether that’s within your family or corporate environments. It can be as simple as adding family members or appropriate people so when the time is right they will have access to these documents in a safe and secure manner.
