For an address change, beneficiary update, name change, or any other personal information updates please submit your request to the below email address. Our team will then be able to provide you with the necessary forms to ensure your information is updated.
You can expect to receive your tax slips between January and March. As we do work with various carriers this timeframe can fluctuate. For any questions relating to specific tax documents, please contact our service team for more personalised details.
Carriers send out statements annually, and our team is more than happy to provide updates at any time.
There are a few different places to find or request this information. If you have a login directly with the carrier, that’s a good place to start. If not, you can reach out to our team at ClientService@Sagium.com and they can assist in gathering the information you are looking for. Your information can also be stored on our client portal for easier access.

Your Wealth Strategist will reach out, review your information, make any adjustments and then work with our financial planners to develop a draft plan based on your vision, values and goals.
This information will only be used to create your financial plan. Your Wealth Strategist will review and confirm any information entered in the form with you, to ensure it’s correct.
Please ensure you go to page 14 and ‘submit’ before you close the browser/page, even if you plan to come back and complete the form at a later date, or your information will not be saved.
